Uzma Integrasi Padu Berhad appoints Pacific Trustees Bhd as Sukuk Trustee and Security Trustee

Pacific Trustees Berhad has been appointed as Sukuk Trustee and Security Trustee for issuance of the Unrated Islamic Medium Term Notes (Sukuk Wakalah) Programme of up to RM1.0 billion in nominal value based on the Shariah Principle of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar with a tenure of up to 15 years. The Lead Arranger of the said programme is Maybank Investment Bank Berhad.
