United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad appoints Pacific Trustees Bhd as Bond Trustee

Pacific Trustees Berhad has been appointed as Bond Trustee for the issuance of Medium Term Notes Programme for the issuance of Subordinated Medium Term Notes and/or Senior Medium Term Notes of up to a combined limit of RM8.0 billion in nominal value. The Joint Lead Arrangers of the said programme are HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad.
