UMW Holdings Berhad appoints Pacific Trustees Bhd as Sukuk Trustee

Pacific Trustees Berhad has been appointed as Sukuk Trustee for the Perpetual Islamic Notes issuance programme of RM2.0 billion in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Musharakah. The Joint Lead Arrangers of the said programme are CIMB Investment Bank Berhad and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad.
