SP Setia Bhd appoints Pacific Trustees Bhd as Bond Sukuk Trustee

We have been appointed as Sukuk Trustee for the issuance of Unrated Subordinated Islmaic Perpetual Notes pursuant to a Proposed Sukuk Musharakah Programme of up to RM700.0 Million in Nominal Value by SP Setia Bhd and Hong Leong Investment Bank and CIMB Investment Bank being joint lead arrangers.
