We have been appointed as Bond Trustee & Security Trustee for the issuance of Bonds (“Bonds”) of RM900.0 Million in Nominal Value Comprising of

(i) RM272.0 Million Senior Bonds; and

(ii) RM628.0 Million Guaranteed Bonds

by Mecuro properties Sdn Bhd and Affin Investment Bank Berhad being lead arranger.
