We have been appointed as Bond Trustee/Sukuk Trustee & Security Trustee for the issuance of Medium Term Notes Programme of up to RM500.0 Million in Nominal Value, consists of Convertional Medium Term Notes and Islamic Medium Term Notes (Sukuk) by LYC Mall Sdn Bhd and RHB Investment Bank Berhad being lead arranger.
