Pacific Trustees Berhad has been appointed as Bond Trustee and Security Trustee for the issuance of unrated fixed rate serial bonds of up to RM80.0 million in aggregate nominal value. Most of the raised proceeds will be utilized for Digistar Group’s working capital. The Lead Arranger of the said programme is MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad.
