We have been appointed as Trustee / Security Agent for the issuance of RM500.0 Million Bank Guaranteed CP/MTN Programme by Dijaya Corporation Berhad comprising of:-

i) Tranche 1 : RM300.0 Million Proposed to be Guaranteed by RHB Bank, with the option for the MTN to be issued with detachable warrants; and

ii) Tranche 2 : RM200.0 Million Proposed to be Guaranteed by FI(s), which to be determined.
and AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) and RHB Investment Bank being joint lead arrangers.
