Pacific Trustees Berhad have been appointed as Trustee for issuance of Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock (ICULS) of Up to RM432.0 million nominal value for tenure of three (3) years by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad and the Lead Arranger is CIMB Investment Bank Bhd.
