AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad appoints Pacific Trustees Bhd as Sukuk Trustee

We have been appointed as Sukuk Trustee for the issuance of up to RM400.0 Million in Nominal Value of Subordinated Islamic Perpetual Notes (Perpetual Sukuk) under a Programme (Perpetual Sukuk Programme) based on the Shariah Principles of Musharakah and Musawamah by AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad and Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad and Affin Investment Bank Berhad being joint lead arrangers.
