Key Responsibility:

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, invoicing and collect of fees, and other transactions

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of companies under the Group independently
- Perform full spectrum of corporate secretarial services in compliance with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and offshore legislations
- Fulfil KYC requirements required by financial institutions, in relation to banking transactions
