SENIOR EXECUTIVE, GROUP FINANCE and ACCOUNTING  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, invoicing and collect of fees, and other transactions

  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary

  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

  • Present financial reports to Management and clients in formal meetings

  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure accounts and tax return file on time and in order.

  • Preparation and filing of SST returns, including SST works papers 

  • Prepare budget and cash flow projection


 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Accounting or any relevant field, LCCI higher /ACCA 

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling a full set of accounts Good communications skill, analytical skill and positive attitude.

  • Computer literate in MS Office applications and MYOB/UBS in accounting software.

INSTITUTIONAL CLIENT COVERAGE, (Corporate Trust), DEVELOPMENT MANAGER /ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • To work towards the achievement of the Company’s business target.

  • To attend meetings with institutional and corporate clients, regulators and relevant parties in pursuant of marketing and other matters.

  • Build close rapport and relationship with existing/potential institutional and corporate clients.

  • To exercise and maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in dealing institutional and corporate clients.

  • Strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the Company.

  • To deliver institutional and corporate client meeting reports to the management within the stipulated time frame.

  • To manage a team, if required.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a degree from a reputable university.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience.

  • Experience in Investment Bank / Islamic Finance / Unit Trust / Trustee / Banking will be an added advantage.

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills, ability to make presentation during meetings.

  • Resourceful, pro-active and committed to work.

  • Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Office.

EXECUTIVE/CLIENT SERVICE (CORPORATE TRUST)

 

Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of Private Debt Securities (PDS) & corporate trust /portfolio in matters related to issues.

  • Act as Transaction Administrator in relation to Asset-Backed Securities.

  • Identify and perform continuous review of operational processes with aim to increase efficiency.

  • Monitor daily compliance and financial ratios of trust deeds and other transaction/security documents.

  • Ensure all documentations and transactions are compiled to PDS accounts guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Degree Holder in Law, Business Administration, and Economics, Finance or equivalent.

MANAGER, COMPANY SECRETARY (ICSA / MAICSA)

 

Kuala Lumpur / Labuan

Responsibilities:

  • To cover all aspect of corporate secretarial works in compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act 2006 and Labuan Companies Act 1990 and other relevant regulations.

  • Convening of board, committee and general meetings and preparation of minutes threof

  • To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial and administration documents.

  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments.

  • To assist in ensuring smooth and proper management and administration of corporate secretarial matters by performing the necessary corporate secretarial function, including coordination and communication with Labuan and Singapore offices for corporate secretarial and other compliance matters.

  • Preferably with unit trust operation experience.

  • Ensure completion/lodgment of statutory forms, returns and reports and the Company’s compliance obligations under the relevant laws/regulations

  • Ensure best principles of corporate governance and compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.

  • To provide secretarial service in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

  • You will be responsible in ensuring corporate governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • You will be required to assist pre and post requirements for Board and Board Committees meetings, as well as compile board and committee papers, minutes, resolutions, statutory documents etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an Institute Chartered Secretary and Administration (ICSA) qualification of finalist and/or Licensed Secretary.

  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in Company Secretarial / Corporate Administration.

  • Well versed in SSM requirements, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, LFSA requirements and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

GROUP INTERNAL AUDITOR

Responsibilities:

To covers all aspects of Group Internal Audit for the enhancement of operation/marketing system and internal control of the Company’s and its group and also related companies and its associates as follows:-

  • To monitor various aspect of legal and compliance matters but not limited to the legal administrative and compliance duties for the Company which provide complementary services to clients.

  • To conduct audit assignment as planned with appropriate application at risk based approval.

  • Providing assurance on the effectiveness of the organization internal control system and recommended areas for improvement.

  • To develop audit working papers in accordance with audit programmer to complete audit work and to support the audit findings and recommendation to Management.

  • To draft audit reports and recommending constructive and value added solutions to the weakness detected and assist in report finalization.
