En. Razak Bin Ahmad

razakEncik Razak Bin Ahmad holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from University Technology Mara, Shah Alam. He started his career as an Executive Officer with Bank Negara Malaysia in 1978. In 1994, he joined PJB Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Johor Corporation) as Deputy Manager. In 1996, he was appointed as the Assistant Head of the Securities Commission Malaysia in various departments. He was an Executive Director with Efficient Frontier Capital Advisors Sdn Bhd from 2007 to 2013. On 31st October 2007 he has been appointed as a Director of Pacific Trustees Berhad.

Edward Cheah

edwardEdward Cheah Ken-Sze (“Edward Cheah”) graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University in 2016. He also graduated from a web-development boot camp with NEXT Academy in 2016, where he is able to do front and back end in web development. He also received an Entrepreneurship certificate from Bond University Australia “Innovation as Strategy” in 2016. And has also attended and received training from Dr. Heldi Heron from the worldwide Institutes of Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP).

Edward joined Pacific Trustees Berhad as an intern on the 30th July 2012 and since then he was promoted to Management Trainee on the 28th Jan 2014 and on the 28th May 2014 he was promoted to Management Executive, and finally on the 20th April 2015 he was promoted to be the Manager in MD’s office.

He has experience in front and back end in Web Development which includes Ruby on Rails, Html5,javascript,database & SQL, CSS3, Sinatra and Github, Marketing and Operations, Human Resource, Administration and Finance. He is also involved with the day to day operations of Pacific Trustees Berhad which covers Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Interest Scheme, Private Debt Security (PDS) and also the private trust division in Pacific Trustee Berhad. He also works very closely with the managing director of Pacific Trustees on the day to day task and also with the senior managers of Pacific Trustees Berhad. He also has organised and hosted seminars and events for Pacific Trustees Berhad.

Tan Beng Hong

 tbhTan joined Pacific Trustees Berhad (PTB) in December 2011 as Business Development Manager. He has a Trustee   Diploma from the Associate Institute of Bankers (London). He has forty (40) years of working experience serving in   managerial positions in five (5) Trustees Companies namely HSBC (Malaysia) Trustees Bhd, Mayban Trustees   Bhd,  PB Trustee Services Bhd and Pacific Trustees Bhd, and is conversant in the following areas:-

Human Resources (HR) and Talent Management Consultant
Richard Chan

He is recognized for his high level of integrity, customer service and ability to form partnerships with executive teams and business owners to achieve short and long-range goals of business objectives.

Richard’s background includes being senior manager in human resources management in leading organizations within Hume Industries (M) Berhad (HIMB) group of companies for 25 years (1971-1996). HIMB is a public listed company under the Hong Leong Group. Subsequently he was appointed the Director/Vice President of Human Resources of the Titan Group which is the largest integrated petrochemical and polyolefin producer in Malaysia for 8 years.(1996-2004)

Richard is known as agent of change and a specialist in handling adverse and trying human resources situations which have helped foster the integration challenges and opportunities of harmonious relationships between management and employees. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of human resources; implementation of human resources systems, system application product (SAP) in HR modules, executive and leadership development programmes, industrial relations as well as labor unions; chairman-joint consultative committee (JCC) as part if the 3rd party intervention program.

Richard’s key to successful contribution is the ability to have a strategic overview of your company’s goals while being able as required to be a tactical “hands-on” coach, project leader and to conduct training for all level of your management and HR teams.

He is now a HR and Talent Management Consultant in Pacific Trustees Berhad.

Internal Auditor
Daniel Choo

He had been in the banking industry since 1985, having worked at various departments in different banks. His experience in banking involved having managed audit & branch operation and exposure in credit management. He retired in 2015 after working in Maybank for about 15 years. Previously, he was the Head of Audit Department, Maybank Cambodia, Head of International Business Audit Department, Maybank and Section Head of Treasury & Market Risk Audit, Maybank.
