Pacific Trustees Group International is a vibrant regional player in the trust industry with operations in Malaysia, Labuan and Singapore. Pacific Trustees Berhad (PTB), a member of the Pacific Trustees Group International, has over 25 years of diverse expertise in providing a broad range of institutional, private and Islamic trust services.
PTB was incorporated on 21 September 1994 under the Companies Act 1965 and registered as a Trust Company under Section 4 of the Trust Companies Act 1949. We are therefore authorised to provide the full complement of trust services to both individuals and corporations. As a Bond Trustee registered with Securities Commission Malaysia, we are also empowered to act as Trustee for Unit Trust Funds and Real Estate Investment Trust.
Our Qualities
PTB has the services of 30 experienced personnel in its organization in its PDS organization chart to administer and discharge the trustee’s duties and functions required under the PDS
Our System
The computerized system (known as MyTrustee Soft) was implemented at the beginning of year 2006. This system is auto backed up to the external server and external devises as identified in our IT operational manual. The data and information within the system is protected by security pin codes/ join passwords to ensure no leakage of confidential information to unauthorized parties by way of different security access levels for different group of users.
Our Achievements
PTB was recognized and won prestigious awards for our trust services in bond market. PTB was awarded for five (5) consecutive year as Top Trustee by the annual BPAM bond market awards based on the BPAM League Table.
