Pacific Trustees Berhad have been in the Corporate Trustee field for more than fifteen years and our team of financial professionals will provide you with all the legal advice, analysis and regulation compliance needed to put your corporate financial structure in place.

Pacific Trustees Berhad deals mainly with corporate trust work, although we also engage in various interest schemes, including golf clubs and time share schemes, including management and holding of sinking fund and trust fund accounts for said schemes. We act as trustee for Unit Trusts and REITS Schemes. For the uninitiated, corporate trust mainly deals with a huge range of capital markets transactions for which we provide our trust services.

We will hold the security in Private Debt Securities, including Asset-Backed Securitisation for bonds issuances, we provide ownership of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) and through our affiliate companies and we also provide directors for the said SPVs. We hold the trust funds of various interest schemes and we also act behalf of those whose interests in the capital market have been established. We also act as independent third party for a number of corporate financial transactions.

Pacific Trustees Berhad also supplies corporate services, such as corporate directors, company secretary and registered office to special purpose vehicles through our affiliate companies.
